I joined the School of Life Sciences at the University of Lincoln as a Senior Lecturer on the 1st of September 2012. My research focuses on the question, how the integrity of the genome is preserved in the nucleus as well as in the mitochondria during DNA metabolism, and how disturbances in genome maintenance could lead to disease.
